Public Notice: Vote on Local Law No. 4

Notice of Public Hearing
October 9, 2024

 The Town Board of Cameron, NY, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 6:00 PM in the Justice Court at 4075 Railroad Street, Cameron, NY, on the proposed draft of Local Law No. 4 of 2024:

"Establishing a One-Year Moratorium on Applications, Approvals, and/or New Construction or Installation of Commercial Solar Energy Systems and Commercial Energy Storage Systems”.

The intent is to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against adopting the above-referenced local law. A copy of the proposed law is available for public review at the Town Clerk's office at 4091 Bath Street, Cameron, NY. The October Town Board meeting will immediately follow the public hearing.
